KADECO Sonnenschutzsysteme GmbH took part in the demanding “BEST PLACE TO LEARN®” evaluation. This approach is based on a scientifically sound quality model and takes all relevant aspects of contemporary in-house training into consideration. At the heart of the process is a voluntary 360-degree survey, which current trainees, former trainees and the full-time and part-time trainers take part in. Fundamental to this is a representative participation rate in the survey and compliance with high quality standards during in-house training. All of the relevant areas of modern training are evaluated, such as recruitment, pre- and onboarding, planning and organisation of training, the skills of the training staff and also the results of the training and prospects.
