High-quality custom indoor blinds

A blind is a type of privacy and sun protection made up of parallel, adjustable slats that can be flexibly tilted. Thanks to the fine adjustability of the slats, blinds can be precisely adapted to the position of the sun or other needs, such as increased privacy.

The parallel slats of the blinds are connected by ladder cords or ladder tapes. Using the chosen operating mechanism—such as a chain drive—the slats can be continuously tilted. Depending on the angle, more or less light enters the room. Even with slightly tilted slats, the view outside remains. Additionally, the slats can be fully raised to completely open the window view.

Blinds are available for a variety of uses and situations:

Aluminum blinds with aluminum slats are particularly easy to care for and resistant to moisture. Special top and bottom rails are optionally available for the 16 mm and 25 mm wide aluminum blinds, designed specifically for use in damp rooms. Therefore, blinds can also be used as bathroom or kitchen blinds.

Wooden blinds are made from 50 mm high wooden slats. The sturdy slats can be continuously tilted and adjusted in height, just like aluminum slats, allowing you to flexibly control light entry and privacy.

Felt blinds are exclusively available from KADECO. They consist of 50 mm high slats made from a special design felt.

How blinds are cleaned depends on their material. As a general rule, mechanical parts of electric and crank-operated systems must not come into contact with water. Additionally, the following care instructions apply to blinds:

Aluminum blinds can be cleaned with a duster or a damp cloth. Our tip: cleaning aluminum blinds works very well with a cotton glove – simply run four fingers along the individual slats to remove dust.

Felt blinds are particularly easy to clean by simply vacuuming them. Loose dust can be removed quickly this way.

Wooden blinds can also be cleaned using a duster or a soft cloth.

To adjust your blinds continuously and individually, you can raise or lower all of our free-hanging blinds using either a cord or chain pull. Depending on the model, you can also easily tilt the slats using the same mechanism – or you can use a practical tilt wand to effortlessly control the amount of sunlight entering the room.
