Individual colour coatings are an important aspect when it comes to perfectly matching the awning’s appearance to your own wishes. To meet the growing demand for this customisation in the best possible way, we have expanded our plant in Lübbecke with a state-of-the-art coating plant.

We have invested around two million euros in the modern system, which provides enormous scope for design at our plant in Lübbecke for the production of our awnings. Thanks to the powder-coating system, we can fulfil your wishes for an individual colour scheme for your awning frame with complete flexibility: in addition to the extensive choice of 20 standard RAL colours, individual colour requests within the RAL spectrum can also be realised. Our qualified employees process the respective awning components by hand and with the utmost precision, down to the last detail – with shorter processing times and energy savings of up to 52 per cent.

Our powder-coating system can therefore process a three-digit number of awnings per day – while meeting the very highest environmental protection requirements. The coating applied directly at our plant is not only completely chromium-free; it also has a water-treatment system that treats the wastewater produced and returns it to the cycle. As a result, only small quantities of filtered-out substances need to be disposed of.

The modern technology of our automatic welding machine processes both screens and fabrics based on Précontraint or PVC. From welding the fabric panels and hems through to final inspection and installation, you can rely on us completely. This allows us to offer improved quality control as well as shorter delivery times for your ZIP window awnings.
