Working from home is a challenge. Most people do not have a dedicated workspace at home. This leads to new challenges - including the subject of sun protection. It can soon get too warm and bright in your home office, especially during the summer - to the detriment of your ability to work. Darkening it completely would not be an option either because after all, daylight makes you content, cheerful and productive.

microTex is one of the most versatile products in our range. Firstly, it provides you with excellent glare protection at your workstation. This is particularly important so you don’t have to strain your eyes looking at the computer screen. Secondly, your office doesn't heat up so fast. Any help is appreciated in the summer, especially when your office is on the first floor or even higher.
The microTex roller blinds are available as a textile PES woven fabric or PET laminate film offering lots of different opacity levels, which can be tailored to the direction your windows face and the intensity of the sun. This means you can always glance outside - either to let your mind wander for a moment or quickly check on your children.
There is yet another advantage, which is particularly relevant in a home office. Our microTex roller blinds are small and discreet, and can be mounted on the casement. If you are able to give up your temporary home office soon, they will be almost inconspicuous. And effective privacy, glare and heat protection will always be needed at some time or other.

We designed microTex primarily for commercial buildings. It is especially popular in office buildings due to the properties already mentioned and helps to meet the ergonomic requirements for office work with visual display terminals, ISO 9241-6.
